RBN Garment was established to modernize flat-knit apparel manufacturing by integrating automated German Stoll flatbeds with the raw sourcing power of Gujarat's premium cotton-growing Saurashtra region. Based in Botad, we operate an owner-directed, B2B-only production line designed to support sourcing directors, buying agencies, and independent labels with transparent development cycles and direct factory pricing.
We specialize in fine-gauge computerized flat knitting (from 5gg to 14gg), enabling precise panel shaping (fully fashioned) to keep raw fabric waste under 3%. Operating with a capacity of 10,000 premium garments per month and using in-house Stoll CAD programmers, we coordinate directly with spinning mills to secure certified cottons, merino wool, and custom performance blends that strictly align with client tech packs.
